Farmers Market 2010

The first Philip Farmers Market of 2010 will start on July 17th. The market will open at 9:00 and end at 11:30 or 12:00. With the changes in the law concerning shelf stable breads, jams, jellies, and pickles I think we will be able to have a great market this year! The market will again be held at the Fire Hall Park. I have attached the file for the rules concerning jellies and bread. I will post more information at a later date.

It’s July and the girls are making preparations for their booth “Country Goods”. I know that currant jelly is on the agenda. Check back next week to see what else they have cooked up!

It was a good beginning to the 2010 Farmer’s Market, and we are surely enjoying the goodies we bought! Very good!
